Service Design

From the outset of joining the Cision support team in Feb 2019, I quickly assessed the areas that impacted my direct teammates, department, and the larger company.

Seeing a need for optimization, I spearheaded the discovery and Service Design needs across our Support, Product, and Engineering departments. I created a guide that answers questions about the cross-functional departments and co-presented the solution to the VP of Customer Success for implementation across our North American Customer Success department with over 500+ employees impacted in August 2019.

Process Design

In 2017, I co-led a new Client Relationship Manager Email Marketing service for the SaaS platform Main Street Hub. As a new service this was an opportunity to establish best practices for our company, research and define trends for our product development, and serve our customers.

In 6 months, our client base grew from 0 to 600 customers through upsells and cross-sells of our email marketing package. I and one other Email Specialist made up the mighty email marketing team. As the lead, I created Email Marketing campaigns aligned with branding and SMB client needs, navigated external email service providers, and standardized our client onboarding and support processes.
